All of the protein models on this page come directly from .PDB files found at the Protein Data Bank (PDB). The .PDB files were imported to STLGenerator and rendered into .STL format.
Most protein models were chosen from PDB's Molecule of the Month features. These features highlight one protein or class of proteins and give an overview of the structure and function of that protein. Each feature contains multiple illustrations and links to .PDB files.
